Each new job receives the personal attention of one of our design engineers. They
are all proficient in computer-assisted drawing (CAD) programs such as Autocad 2004 and Mastercam 9.1. It is often
necessary for them to recreate the drawing provided by our customer and from these renderings they are able to
write the code that drives our CNC lathes and milling machines. The completed code (Proto-Trak) is uploaded to our machines and the production process
begins. Programs are frequently reviewed for effectiveness and efficiency and revised accordingly.
