All jobs that come into ATEC are first processed through our own database. The job
is assigned a number and the Operation Sequence for all machining is worked out in detail. If the job is one we
did before, the previously proven operation sequence will automatically be associated with it. We also use the
database to track delivery status.
The data we enter is then used to generate a detailed work folder called a Traveler. This packet stays with the
job throughout completion. It contains all work instructions, drawings, tool sheets, and program printouts.
